Local Orders
Orders placed locally will be fulfilled within 7 days from the date of order processing and receival of payment. It may take up to 4 working days for an order to be processed from the time of order placement. Please check your products carefully upon arrival and if the product is damaged, inform our sales agent immediately. Also, do not accept delivery if the products are damaged when you receive them since accepted products by the client cannot be exchanged.
International Orders
If we have the required order quantity in stock, the delivery of products can be done within 14 working days from the date of payment. Since we deliver all our plants together with the ‘Phytosanitary Certificate’ it requires extra days to prepare them.
Local Orders
All local orders are confirmed via the order page, email or SMS. You can do the payment via a Bank Deposit or Ez Cash into our bank account in Sampath Bank PLC. If you use ‘SampathVishwa’ for online money transfer, do write your name or ID number in ‘Beneficiary Remarks’ of the transfers page of SampathVishwa. For other types of bank deposits, do send us the payment proof via email, SMS, WhatsApp or Viber.
International Orders
For all one-time international purchases, if the needed plants are in stock, a transfer of the full order payment has to be done. If the needed plant quantity is not in stock, you have to pay a 30% advance payment as confirmation to produce the plants and the balance payment be settled before delivery.
For all regular corporate buyers, an agreement with payment terms will be followed.
Local Orders
After local orders are sold, the plants are not returnable. It may be exchanged in case of damage or defective condition on a case to case basis. Cancellation for live plants is allowed before dispatched and the cancellation can be requested via the order page, email, SMS or by contacting customer service before delivery. If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact the customer service immediately and you will be entitled to the Golgi Tec free of cost replacement or refund claim.
International Orders
The return of any live plant is not accepted in international orders. For one-time purchases, we can re-send plants to replace the damaged quantity with customers bearing the shipping cost. For regular buyers, extra plants will be sent to replace the damaged or defective quantity via the next shipment. However, any damaged or defective conditions should be informed via an email within 24 hours of receiving the plants at the customer’s premises with clear pictures.
